Brad has been leading Keller Williams offices throughout New England since 2009. Most recently as the Team Leader for the Greater Portland, Maine office, which is consistently ranked in the Top 10 of all KW offices, and ranked #1 for 2022. With over 18 years of experience with Keller Williams Realty as an Agent, ALC Member, Team Leader, Instructor, and Leadership Coach, Brad brings a unique perspective and passion to the classes he teaches and those he coaches. He’s a graduate of Ithaca College, where he met his amazing wife. They live just outside of Portland, ME with their 3 children and many goats.

Kevin enjoys being able to help clients with their Commercial Real Estate needs. Just like each client has different goals, each deal is different and provides the need for experience and professionalism to help navigate. Kevin is a strong advocate for real estate investing and highly encourages everyone to consider real estate as an asset to invest. He brings extensive knowledge of the market and has completed complex commercial transactions from Bangor, Maine to Seabrook, NH.

Melissa is the Director of Operations for one of Portland, Maine’s top real estate teams, The Hatcher Group at Keller Williams Realty. She first entered the real estate industry in 2000 and has been assisting top real estate teams and offices ever since. She is passionate about operations, looks for innovative ways to improve her team’s performance, and continues to educate herself through courses, certification programs, conventions and good old-fashioned reading. She enjoys mentoring her fellow administrators, leads a monthly Admin Mastermind and has served as a panelist in multiple KW Family Reunion sessions on operations and administrative support. When she’s not running a multi-million dollar team or assisting her coaching clients, you can find her joyriding in her convertible, spending time with her beautiful grandchildren, and catching up on some much needed sleep.

Melissa has over 20 years of experience as a real estate agent and holds a Broker license in the State of Maine. She is passionate about high performance homes and has spent countless hours studying building technology, green building, and has attended regional conferences on air quality, solar power, and sustainable building practices. Melissa is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, was a principal in a net zero home building company, and lives in a net zero home with solar panels that produce all the power needed to run her home.

Lucy has been fascinated with human behavior for years and has experience with several personality assessment tools. She is an Abelson Group Certified Master Behavioral Analyst (CMBA) – DISC and Certified Master Motivational Analyst (CMMA) – Motives and Driving Forces. Lucy has found the knowledge she has gained through DISC to be invaluable, insightful, and firmly believes it has helped her strengthen her professional and personal relationships. Lucy is a driven and energetic entrepreneur with 14 years’ experience as a real estate agent, acutely focused on customer service and network building. She’s a graduate of Colby College, married for 29 years to her husband, Dan, and is the proud mother of 3 amazing boys. She enjoys giving back to her community and is an Executive Board Member for Maine Behavioral Healthcare.
