Melissa is the Director of Operations for one of Portland, Maine’s top real estate teams, The Hatcher Group at Keller Williams Realty. She first entered the real estate industry in 2000 and has been assisting top real estate teams and offices ever since. She is passionate about operations, looks for innovative ways to improve her team’s performance, and continues to educate herself through courses, certification programs, conventions and good old-fashioned reading. She enjoys mentoring her fellow administrators, leads a monthly Admin Mastermind and has served as a panelist in multiple KW Family Reunion sessions on operations and administrative support. When she’s not running a multi-million dollar team or assisting her coaching clients, you can find her joyriding in her convertible, spending time with her beautiful grandchildren, and catching up on some much needed sleep.

Before making his mark in real estate, Jamison dedicated more than 17 years to serving as the Director of Programs for a prominent non-profit organization. His extensive experience in this role honed his strategic skills and fed his passion for community development. As a business coach, Jamison guides his clients to developing essential skill for business prosperity. Jamison is deeply committed to his local community, serving on his town’s Planning Board, School Board Committee, helped establish an Education Foundation for 3 school districts in his area, and serves on the Board of Directors for the South Shore Board of Realtors.
Patrick has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, bringing his creative nature to helping buyers and sellers through the Boston-Metro area. He jumped on TikTok to showcase his personality and authenticity to a broader audience and quickly reached over 14,000 followers and over 450k likes. In 2022, his team closed more than $8.3 million in sales volume just from TikTok leads. This lead Patrick to create the “Follow Me On TikTok” course. In the fleeting moments when he is not entrenched in deals, creating marketing strategies, or teaching others, Patrick spends time with the love of his life, Melissa, their daughter Ruby, and rescue mutt Daisy. She is a former Faculty Lecturer at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where she taught Risk Analysis and Business Modeling. Tami is an Executive Board Member at Growing To Give, an organization growing high quality, organic produce to help those with food insecurity. She’s a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty and has been a real estate investor for the past 14 years. Tami, her husband of 21 years, and their daughter, indulge their adventurous side by mountain biking, climbing, skiing and camping in the great outdoors.

She is passionate about high performance homes and has spent countless hours studying building technology, green building, and has attended regional conferences on air quality, solar power, and sustainable building practices. Lucy has found the knowledge she has gained through DISC to be invaluable, insightful, and firmly believes it has helped her strengthen her professional and personal relationships. Lucy is a driven and energetic entrepreneur with 14 years’ experience as a real estate agent, acutely focused on customer service and network building. She’s a graduate of Colby College, married for 29 years to her husband, Dan, and is the proud mother of 3 amazing boys.
